Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: You may purchase from Nina Swimwear using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card. You can use your credit card to make purchases through our website or over the phone by calling toll-free: 1-866-758-9972
Q: Why do I need to register?
A: You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information.
Q: How do I register?
A: Simply click on “My Account” and you will be asked for your email address and a password. Then you need to click “Register”. And complete your information. If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order. If you already have items in your Shopping Bag and are ready to complete your order, simply click on “checkout”, and this will automatically direct you to our register page.
Q: How do I make changes to my account profile?
A: Log into your account, and click on “My Information” located at the top of your account page. Make the necessary changes to your account, (i.e. email address, password, billing address, etc.) At the bottom of the page click on “Update”. The changes you have made will now be saved to your profile.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: The easiest way to keep track of your order is to sign in to your account. Once you have signed in, you will be able to view your order status. Once the order has been shipped we will email you with your tracking information.

Q: Can I return or exchange my purchase?
A: You may return merchandise within 14-days from the day you receive your package. The merchandise needs to be sent with the original tags in new and unused condition for an Exchange. We cannot provide cash or credit card refunds. We will gladly exchange your swimsuit for another size or style if we have it in stock or provide a store credit.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, but we will pay shipping on the first exchange, however, if you require multiple exchanges the shipping charges will be charged on the credit card used to make your purchase.
Prior to returning your swimsuit you must go to “History Orders” at MY ACCOUNT and select the item you would like to return. Please note that you have 14-days from the day you receive the package.
Once you selected the item you will have to complete a form telling the reason for exchange and the item/size you would like in return or if you prefer a store credit.
You will receive an E-mail reply indicating your Return Authorization Number.
All requests for Return Authorization Numbers must be made online. No authorization numbers are available via telephone, fax or mail.

Q: What if I didn’t get any confirmation emails from NinaSwim?
A: When your order has been processed, Nina Swimwear sends a confirmation message to the email address you provided at My Information.
You may also confirm that your order has been processed by signing in to your account. Once you have signed in, you will be able to view your order information and order status. Don’t have an account? Sign up.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard shipping is absolutely FREE for all orders on Nina Swimwear to addresses within the US. This offer does not apply to orders using expedited shipping or to international orders.
Please note that there are additional costs for expedited 2nd day delivery. These shipping costs are calculated automatically upon checkout, before you finalize your purchase. Find out more about SHIPPING INFORMATION.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: For standard shipping, please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your order. With 2nd day delivery, orders placed before 1pm PST will arrive on the second business day, and overnight orders placed before 1pm will arrive on the next business day. Please note that there are additional costs for overnight and 2nd day delivery, and these expedited shipments will only arrive Monday through Friday. Shipping costs are calculated automatically upon checkout, before you finalize your purchase.
Q: Can Nina Swimwear ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Yes. When shipping to P.O. Boxes, Nina Swimwear will send your order via the U.S. Postal Service.
Q: Can Nina Swimwear ship internationally?
A: Yes. Nina Swimwear is happy to offer shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Japan, South Korea and Australia. We are also looking to expand to other countries soon. However, Nina Swimwear is unable to accept returns on international orders at this time. Find out more about international shipping.
Q: How can I change or cancel my order?
A: If you would like to change or cancel your order from Nina Swimwear, please contact our Customer Service department with your request as soon as possible by emailing us at info@shopninaswim.com or calling us toll-free at 1-866-758-9972. We try to fulfill each order as quickly as possible, so it is essential that you contact us quickly if you would like to request a change or cancellation. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: No problem. We will quickly send you your password via email. Log in into “My Account” and enter the email address you used when you signed up with Shop Nina Swimwear. Click on “RECOVER PASSWORD” and we’ll email your password. You’ll be back online in no time.

Q: Will Nina Swimwear charge sales tax on my purchase?
A: Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the states of New York; State laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. Because charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.
Q: How do I purchase a gift certificate?
A: Gift certificates are available for purchase online. You must have an Account at ShopNinaSwim.com
Sign in to your account. Once you have signed in, in REWARDS Section click GIFT CERTIFICATE. You may add your friend’s information and the amount of money you would like to purchase as a Gift Certificate and proceed to checkout. Gift certificates are delivered using FedEx Standard shipping, with no shipping charges. Don’t have an account? Sign up.
Q: How do I redeem my gift certificate?
A: The gift certificate can be redeem only at www.shopninaswim.com
Create an account FOR FREE (See “how do I register”) and enter your CODE at GIFT CERTIFICATE in the REWARDS section in Account Manager. If your gift certificate is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift certificate, and you will be able to use the remaining amount as a credit for future purchases. You will see the remaining credit at GIFT CERTIFICATE in REWARDS section in “Total Left”. So next time you make a purchase your credit will be deducted automatically.
